Returns & Exchanges

  • Please email our customer service staff at info@areastars.com with your order number and name, item you wish to return and reason, and we will provide a return authorization number form. Your return must include this form in order to be processed.

  • Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE
  • We will also share with you the return address and you will be responsible for the return shipment.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase date.

  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

  • Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
