Refund Policy

  • Please email our customer service staff at info@areastars.com with your order number and name, item you wish to return and reason, and we will provide a return authorization and prepaid return label. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase date. 
  • All items at SALE prices are FINAL SALE-no exchanges or refunds will be approved.
    • No refunds will be granted if merchandise returned has been worn or is damaged.

    • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

    • Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
